What are your hours?
The online shop is open at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ship out orders Mondays through Fridays.

The walk-in shop is currently open Tuesday through Friday 10:00 a.m.—5:30 p.m. and 10:00—2:00 on Saturdays.

Who are you?
FuzzyMabel is owned and managed by Cynthia Robinson. Cynthia has more than 30 years' experience in a variety of fiber arts—including knitting, crochet, needlepoint, sewing, quilting, and weaving—and has been creating original knitwear designs for 20 years. Additionally, she has been a professional developer of corporate Web sites since 1996.

• We spend a great deal of time color-correcting images on the site. While every monitor renders color differently, we try to optimize as many of the images as we can on a calibrated screen, so it starts out as close as possible to what you receive.
• Everything that we offer can be accessed by categories based on our customers' priorities to help you find the perfect yarn or project, or inspire you to try something new.
• You can see all the colors that we offer for every yarn on our site, in sample blocks (not color cards). If we don't have it in stock, we are more than happy to get it for you.
• Don't like the color, texture, weight of your yarn when it arrives? No problem, even special-order items are returnable for full purchase price (shipping costs not included, and this policy does not apply to clearance items).
